Cuvée des Chevaliers
Cuvée des Chevaliers is crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes, sourced from 4 Grand Cru terroirs, the birthplace of the Côte des Blancs: Chouilly, Cramant, Avize, and Oger. This Champagne offers both complexity and roundness.
After blending with our reserve wines aged in oak foudres, this Champagne matures in our traditional chalk cellars.
This signature cuvée from Maison P. Lancelot-Royer is a high-quality Champagne that will delight both wine lovers and connoisseurs.

95/100 Tasting
This Blanc de Blancs cuvée first reveals aromas of yellow fruits, followed by more mature notes of butter and biscuits.
This Champagne pairs equally well with an aperitif, fish in sauce, or even a mature Comté cheese. It also pairs perfectly with puff pastry recipes or pasta dishes.
