Our Cellars

Carved into the heart of the chalk over generations, our cellars offer ideal conditions for the maturation of our champagnes. It is in this silence and constant coolness that the cuvées rest, refine, and gain complexity over time. A true haven for aging, this place preserves the identity and finesse of each wine, revealing the full precision of the preparatory work.

Our Vineyards

Heirs to six generations of winegrowers, our vines span five hectares across 28 plots, at the heart of six villages in the Côte des Blancs, four of which are classified as Grands Crus. This precious fragmentation allows for an exacting plot-by-plot approach and meticulous work, shaped in the continuity of a savoir-faire passed down since the founding of the Maison in 1960.
Over the past decade, we have changed the way we cultivate our vines, working the soil with a plough and deliberately grassing over certain plots, with the aim of eliminating herbicide use entirely and improving the quality of our soils, so essential to the expression of our terroir. This more environmentally conscious approach led us to obtain, in 2019, the Viticulture Durable en Champagne (VDC) and Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) certifications.
